MAINTAINING YOUR BIKE
Remember that cross-country and gravel bikes need particular care. They are often subjected to very tough conditions that are more demanding on the materials. Regular maintenance is essential to keep your bike in good condition. You should tighten the axles, seat clamp, stem etc. frequently.
CAN YOU DO GRAVEL RIDING WITH THIS BIKE?
Gravel is a generic term that covers a lot of different situations.
This bike is first and foremost a cross-country bike. The axles are not reinforced and so the bike is not suitable for carrying heavy loads.
The frame does not have holes for attaching a pannier rack or mudguards.
However, you can use it outside cross-country races with the right tyres, although the wheels are not designed for rocky downhill rides.
